Over the Water deficit is considered to be one of most important limiting factors for crop productivity worldwide. Thus, it use water resources more efficiently. One ways conserve and respond climate change by using appropriate species cultivars, notably which have low requirements water.Chemical mutagens contributed immensely development a wide range genetic variability improvement several plants, including durum wheat. This study has aim understanding effect stress on some morpho-physiological parameters identifying tolerant lines from an EMS-mutated population in The results, under moderate (T1) severe (T2) conditions stress,show positive mutagenesis resulting tolerantmutated linesto deficit. Compared non-mutated, 32.15% higher specific leaf weight; 57.14% better ability maintain high content 75% all demonstrate very intensity chlorophyll fluorescence .In sum, this revealed tolerance induced wheat mutants.
